Hands-on by design. The same rigor I bring to client work is what I apply to my own projects. I build because I find the problems interesting.
Experience¶
My title has shifted through the years, but the goal has always been the same: make data useful and measure what it delivers.
- Served as analytics lead on a multinational client's enterprise data transformation, designing their strategy and delivering a Fabric data estate that took them from scattered reporting to production AI
- Shaped client AI strategy through executive workshops, helping enterprise organizations move from AI ambiguity to a defined adoption roadmap
- Established Microsoft Fabric and Power BI as the enterprise data platform organization-wide, giving every team a consistent and governed foundation for reporting and analysis
- Deployed AI agents covering enterprise search, resource availability, and sales intelligence, giving teams real-time access to data they previously had to request manually
- Delivered the data models behind a shift to account-based marketing, giving sales and marketing a shared, data-driven foundation for targeting decisions
- Founded a centralized analytics practice from scratch, enabling agile reporting across internal operations and external customer delivery for the first time
- Returned over 10,000 hours to the business in the first 12 months
- Established recurring data reviews across business domains, raising data quality and literacy in a way that actually stuck
- Earned buy-in for data within the sales and finance organizations by standardizing Salesforce reporting and aligning processes around the outcomes leaders actually cared about
- Unlocked insights that couldn't be produced in-system by abstracting operational data into Power BI and SQL models, giving leaders visibility the CRM alone couldn't provide
- Developed Python data products that improved how the business managed and queried its Salesforce data, filling gaps the off-the-shelf tooling couldn't address
- Drove hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars in annual product cost savings for a top customer account by making supply chain spend patterns visible and actionable
- Measured contract compliance across member hospitals, giving customers the data they needed to course-correct spending and enforce purchasing commitments
